Purchaser understands and recognizes that off road parts, racing equipment, and services provided by the manufacturer and/or sold by distributor are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed. The purchaser further recognizes and agrees that suitability of any parts sold or manufactured for their particular application is the purchaser’s decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill or judgment of manufactured and or distributor regarding suitability of any product or service sold.
Buyers agree to indemnity and hold seller harmless from any claim, action, or demand arising out of or incident to the buyer’s installation or use of the products purchased from the Seller, Manufacturer, and/or the Distributor.
The parts we sell are intended to be aftermarket replacement parts. Our part numbers are to be used for reference only. Nowhere do we indicate that these parts are the original vehicle’s manufacturer’s parts nor approved by them.
Always use the vehicle’s safety restraining system when operating the vehicle.
No Items sold by seller or Distributor is guaranteed to prevent death or injury. There is no substitute for safe and responsible driving.
Persons experienced in the installation and proper operating of vehicles should conduct the installation of any component or kit. It is also the responsibility of the installer of any component or kit to examine and determine the suitability of the product for the particular application. The Manufacturer, Distributor, and Retailer are not responsible for any misuse of these products. Purchaser must check with local authorities for highway laws in the area because highways laws and the enforcement of those laws vary widely in different areas.

We realize how important security is for our customers. Some sites do not go through the proper precautions when handling their customer’s personal information. We use a secure server that stands no chance of letting an unauthorized person get their hands on your credit card number or any other personal information. Your information goes straight from our site to our credit card processing center- and is processed directly into our bank account. your info is never swapped or e-mailed several times (like several other sites). Returns
Returns and/or refunds are very rare but in the case that you would have a return, please call or email us before sending anything back. There is a possibility that we can take care of the problem without a return. Any unexpected packages will be refused and the package will come back to you.
If there is a problem with your order, notify us by phone or email immediately. DO NOT install the parts or even attempt to if they are not the right parts for the application. No parts that have been installed will be accepted as returns. All parts must be in their original packages to be accepted for a return/refund.
Any order that requires a refund for any reason is subject to a 10% service fee whether the item was ever shipped or not. This 5% will be taken out of the amount refunded to the card at the time the refund is issued.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returns that are not defective, unless other arrangements have been made. We will only charge you the percentage we incur charges on up to 20%. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items that are not defective.
We do not accept any returns 10 days after delivery of the product.
Special ordered items are non-refundable.
